I bought a Pinboard account a few months ago, and while it isn't perfect, it's what I'm going to use as an alternative. You can export all your bookmarks and it'll keep the tags, and in the meantime you can have it save whatever you bookmark on Delicious into Pinboard as well.

No tag bundles, but I like the interface way better than Diigo. Also, I miss #5 on your con list over there too, but what can you do. The creator over there is also hella-nice, and when I emailed about a problem he got right back to me, personally.
