It's time for me to start writing more regularly again. I know, I know. So to get started let's take a look at my post-NaNo 2010 goals (which rougly align with 2011) and how I did on them

I do not think I have ever set goals for myself. I just float through life. Well I suppose I do have the goal of getting to Heaven-glad to read you are doing well-peace Jonny

I've read about the merits of not setting goals, but I know that if I don't set some kind of goal I'll float through life and find myself twenty years down the road wondering what on earth happened. That comes with being into goal-setting and deadlines, I guess.
Looks like you've achieved most of your goals, and definitely the big things like moving out and getting job/money.
Huh. As I am pretty certain next year will be another 'no-date' year (same as the past twenty-one years of my life) for myself, one date sounds pretty reasonable to me. ;) I also really like how reasonable and achievable (e.g. the writing- achievable for you obviously) your goals are but it still sounds like a pretty good challenge overall!
WIKIWRIMO WRITING MONTH. I like this, very much.
Hmmm. You have inspired me to want to set writing goals. Hmmmmmm...
Yep, I've definitely achieved the big things, so I'm still reasonably happy except for that "Shouldn't I have accomplished something really big by now?" part of me.
I've had boyfriends but for some reason haven't gone on too many proper dates with people who weren't of the "nice to meet you, let's see if we're into each other" type. Hence the goal. If that makes sense. We just dove in. One date should suffice, right? I don't even have any date horror stories for my novels! Remember, you don't have to marry 'em (something I'm definitely going to repeat to myself a lot).
Now go set those writing goals. I'll get to work on this Wikiwrimowrimo. *steeples fingers*

THAT IS A GOOD GOAL. ALWAYS.
You've written so much and with such love. And you continue to do so!
Your goals rock. You know. Like the rest of you.

I actually have no idea how much I've written this year, but it's quite a bit. Must add that up at some point... preferably after I finish this book.
To 2012... assuming the world doesn't end. :P
