Heza kind of answered your question on Youtube, but I guess I'll give my answer as well. The key to talking to new people and building relationships, is to not worry so much about what they think of you. Yeah, I know, it's way harder to do that then just say it, I worry about stuff like that all the time. If you just put your best foot forward, though, everything else should kind of fall into place. Think of it this way, if your best isn't good enough for someone, then they aren't good enough for you. :)

As far as your guy problem goes, I don't think he hates you. Of course, anyone who'd hate out of turn really isn't worth it. Maybe he just didn't have anything to say back. I guess it doesn't make it feel any better. I try though. >_>
