i love pancakes but can never be bothered to make from scratch. usually i'll buy the mix and make, or i can always trust ronald (macdonalds).

with this recipe, it is as easy as mixing the instant one with water! hehe oh yes, i can trust on ronald too. he makes perfectly shaped pancakes.

the pink polka teapot is from let's cook at melb. it's so adorable, isnt it? if i have my own home, i'd get all in diff colours! hehe
