Here's the best pic we have!  They are the cutest thing.  There were four kittens, two black and two calico.  It was a healthy birth and I didn't even get grossed out!  Amazing.  I had to help a little with the birth, pulling out the placentas after each kitten was born and cutting off their umbilical cords.  It was the most amazing experience.  ( Read more... )

I started writing a book yesterday.  I don't have a title yet, but I'm on it.  It's going to be in the vein of David Sedaris and Augusten Burroughs.  Humor, light, and pop.  If they can do it, damn it, so can i.

Trying to win concert tickets off the radio is a bitch.  The odds are totally against me, but I stupidly keep listening like a driven sheep.  Thing is, it's Counting Crow tickets!  They're playing on the 31st with Live and Collective Soul.  I decided that even if I don't win I'm going down there and I'm going to stand outside and listen!  Screw it ( Read more... )

My mom drove all the way up to erie to visit me for 10min.  Not only that, she was 3 1/2 hrs late.  I really didn't appreciate wasting my whole afternoon waiting for her to show up.
