So last night, Matt went with the boys to see Clerks 2 and I went by myself to see Lady in the Water.

I thought LIW was good.. the snarf or snurt or whatever the hell it was called reminded me of the wolfie/Nothing thing from The Neverending Story, so that helped me. And I liked how it was funny but got "serious" at the end. I dunno.. I enjoyed it. I thought it was very timely.

Matt said Clerks 2 wasn't that enjoyable, and he's a huge Kevin Smith fan. Although, he also developed a tension headache about 10 minutes into it, so that might have had something to do with it. He was saying that in the first 5 Smith films, he focusses around dialogues. Conversations that happen in everyday life. Then in Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, it was more like a mainstream film, and just for "the fans". He said this movie felt the same way.

*shrug*
