I am sorry to hear about that. It is getting scary and the criminals are getting smarter. TBH I never feel safe in DC, like ever. I used to though. Sorry L, you have been going through this situation. ~Gus
But you are right. Our neighbor has moved because his wife got robbed.
The people who came yesterday came very prepared. It was totally organized. What they took were so much merchandises (usually we have 2-3 guys unloading containers and that takes 2-3 hours. The fact that they took so much so late show they came with a lot of trucks and people - aka prepared). We had triple locks - one hidden behind a metal casing - they brought torches and burnt them all. They even went up to the roof to block the sensor and the cameras. When they left they closed the gate, put chain back on so when you drive by (we have cops that drive by sometimes) everything look normal).
So this is not coincident. They have been watching us for a long time and were prep.
That is what's scary to me. Who knows what they will want to do next time.
