Wow, congratulations!...er, or is that premature?

As for the Latinos, I'm don't know about their culture, but in others it's just a show of money - whether they are financially struggling or not, the deal is not to admit being anything but successful and generous to those around them. I've seen it happen often with some of my relatives - throwing around money when occasion deems it necessary, and meanwhile the family lives in quiet squalor. Gotta give good face.

Well, they're good at it. I lived next to some mexicans at my last apartment and they lived five to a two bedroom apartment but they were always bringing home lots of new things. I think they sent most of it back home though.

April 10th in San Francisco. Hopefully on the Golden Gate Bridge but then again she really doesn't like to walk all that much so I might wind up doing it in the park. Just as long as it's somewhere memorable.
