yes, fortunately. I was thinking things that I shouldn't have been thinking about, but I told myself to stop and listened to music. things were ok after that. :) how are you doing?

I'm doing ok. I usually feel pretty good, but sometimes, I get the crazy thoughts too. Sometimes the crazy thoughts are good too. :)
