I'm feeling incredibly nostalgic today. For what would otherwise now be considered fairly ancient games. I miss them. I miss the characters. I miss the stories. I miss the environments. I miss the way they were played. I miss my fellow RPers

I know this was posted a LONG time ago now, and not sure you'll ever get this but just in case ... you aren't alone love, I'm right there next to you always. Whenever I look back at what we all had I wonder just like you ... WHY. So many reasons, excuses really. RL, jobs, kids, bills, the entire litany of excuses. Worse is I wonder if I can even still write, let alone write like I did then. I haven't put a word to paper in years now, not because I don't want to but health reasons have kept me from all of it, and it's something I can't stop regretting. I just hit my 50th bday and I look back at so much unfinished work it's unreal, and it kills me that it may forever stay that way. I'm just glad I was able to get whatever I could grab off Yahoogroups before it went down. I rarely check emails these days (and check here even less which I regret) but oddly enough 1 afternoon a while back I felt like I had to check my email and glad I did because I saw the notice about YGroups closing down. The upside was that I still had a week before
