City gets attacked by weirdo terrorists and hit by a sudden typhoon or whatever, leaving the place a wreck, and all the freaking gangs start crawling out again and claiming places for their own. Geez.

I guess it's none too surprising considering the damage that happened. It sounded like power was knocked out for a good portion of the city, as well...

Yeah. I think I heard the hospitals even got hit bad. I was pretty much staying inside at my job when it all went down.

It seemed like a bad idea in general to be outside during it... It looked like they were targeting anyone at all who were driving at the time, from what I could see.

Yeah. And most of the Duelists who tried to do stuff other than Dueling got wrecked.

I've heard a fair number of teams that cleared for the finals got screwed by this. Either they've suffered nasty injuries or their bikes were destroyed.
