Hey, congratulations on being a titled person!

Is there a general page for hostels in the United States? I'm curious. You've talked about hostels in the United States before, but I need reminding...

We have a great website here:http://www.hiusa.org/ you can look at all the hostels in the USA and also go to our International hostels page. If you like to travel you might want to get a membership card, even if you don't stay in one of our hostels the discounts for being a member are good.....check out member benefits on the website.....we also have a facebook page where people can share their travel stories, and FAQ.

Didn't President Obama start out as a Community Outreach Coordinator? You'd make a good President :-)

You've done very well.

Back when I used to travel by motorcycle Hostels were my home away from home but then moving to van and motorhome then back to van again, I found that I had to be out and getting ready way before dawn and after dark-not conducive to hostel stay. I do miss them as the hostel experience with all the other travelers is something everyone should experience.

And, I did find that when I would explain to non-hostelers, they had no clue what it was about or that it was for more than teens.

Peace
