Too true! But then, that IS one of the key ingredients to a good sweatlodge...the communities tend to be awesome.

And while I do love what I do for a living, there ARE .. um.. moments. So one of the things I love about the Red Road, is that it reminds Me in very real ways that I AM NOT MY JOB.

And the singing... oh HELL YES.

It went a long way to helping me prepare for the Winter. I always have the feeling of needing to be more yang at this time of year - and I'm gonna let myself BE yang.
