Physical Science Final

We gave our freshmen physical science students a lab final this semester. Each pair of students was given a flask that contained 6 different substances. After spending most of the week trying to separate and identify the substances, the groups gave their final oral reports today. Here are my favorite responses

Walks like a duck, talks like a duck. Must be a chicken.

And frogs with no legs are deaf.

I'm not sure what part of the baby baby oil comes from, but I don't think I want to either...
