The funny thing about migraines is that a lot of them have to do with what you eat. I had TERRIBLE migraines since I've come to college, and I found out this past thanksgiving that I'm lactose-intolerant. So, I stopped eating dairy, and I haven't had a migraine in almost 2 months. It may not be related to what you eat, but for the next few weeks or so, pay attention to when you get a migraine and see if it may have any relation to food. It wont hurt to try!
