Childhood anecdote in Chinese~

A-also belated Happy Thanksgiving. ^^;;;

as;fkldjasfdas I type the way a little kid talks DX I dunno what it is that makes it read like little-kid speak, but it just... does. ANYWAY!

"I really like to eat Chinese sausage[1]. But, Chinese sausage is very greasy, so I can only eat a little bit. If I eat too much, I will feel really sick.

When I was five, me and my older brother and my mom, we all "went back to the home country"[2]. (That was my first time going to China.) My mom's parents are from Inner Mongolia. They had two dogs. One was very very big. At that time, it was even taller than me! There was also another very very small dog. That one was called "Duo-duo". He also liked to eat Chinese sausage. So, if I had a piece in my hand, I could make him dance! I just had to move that hand: Duo-duo would follow my hand. He was really very cute!"

[1] Chinese sausage is this like... sausage-type thing, it's kind of sweet but mainly salty, and it's EXTREMELY greasy. There's a lot of red food coloring in it, too. But it's good XD And literally, the name means "fragrant/savory intestine".

[2] This doesn't really translate well. The Chinese one basically carries the idea of going home. Literally it's "return to country", but that's not quite the idea. XD;; So "going back to the home country" is the best I could do for translating.

Haha, it's been a while since I did one of these. Actually, it's been a while since I last updated. ARGH, SCHOOL. XP
