This could well be obvious/old news but just in case: there's a real chance Russ*a could decouple from the world wide web soon and if that happens, LJ will disappear.

If there's still a way to do so, backup your LJ/anything you want to keep and make sure those important to you on here know how to contact you.

i am pretty sure, I am , just like you, at least at fannish things, have the same moniker anywhere, even though these days, I don't do anything except still reading ao3.

I am barely on here anymore, but I have been considering for a while moving some of my old LuRe fics over to AO3 (and possibly continuing one of the ones I never finished). Thanks for this post. Now I will kick my but into gear and actually get that done.
