How come when I copy something in Arial 11 point into another document, it comes out in Swiss 10.5 point? EVERY fucking time.  Every document.

check the settings of the template normal.dot, especially the Style type 'Normal'

five gets you ten this is where the problem is. I get asked about this kind of thing about ten times a day...
