I need a layout!

Well, I'm here on LJ, but I have to admit that I'm totally useless with this stuff. I don't do icons or graphics. I don't write fic (although I read it! Where the hell is all the Jate fic lately?!).  So, I only have my winning personality to offer.  LOL.  So, anyone out there wanna help me with a layout? I'd really like a Jate layout.  Jate makes

Hey Hunny! Awwww Jate makes you happy. They make me happy, too.

Do you know what kind of layout this is, like...the style title? I can help you find a header and get that up and then you can just go through and tailor the colors to match your header. I recommend the flexible squares layout as its really easy to work with and it looks really nice...but if you want to keep this style, just let me know what kind it is and I'll find the header code for you.

And to save userpics so you have options to use when your posting, I recommend joining these communities so you can see updates for icons on your friends page...

Well, I like this layout. I made a header that's fine for me, not perfect, but good enough. But now I just can't figure out how to get it on the page.

Okay... You need to go to:

Customize Journal -> Click Customize Selected Theme -> Customize CSS -> and then paste this code into the big blank box labeled "Custom Stylesheet" - make sure you change the height (in pixels) in your header code to match the height of your header (make sure you have your header uploaded to photobucket or something like that because you'll need the link code to put into your header code. I made a simple Jate header and put it into this code with the height matching so you can see what I'm talking about) Copy and paste this into that box:
