Any writer has that feeling at one time or another, even seasoned fan-fic writers. My advice is to focus on the fun you're having writing your characters. Love them, hurt them when necessary, and simply revel in writing them. Don't worry about who's going to read it . . . just take joy in the process, and I promise, that feeling will vanish. When you post, the good time you had will come right through your writing to the reader, and they'll respond. I hope this helps; I've been writing fic for over 25 years now, and the joy is in the creation of the characters.
I totally get where your coming from, I've had quite a few moments like that myself, where I have to talk myself back into writing (which is easier said than done).
I know for some people having a beta who reads along with the story as you write or you can throw ideas off defenitely helps. I know for me feedback defenitely encourages me to write. And some big bangs have what are called cheerleaders, who read the stories but instead of it being there job to edit/contrique you, their soul purpose is to encourage you (and sometimes bribe you) to keep going. Maybe you can find someone to do that for you.

I will probably feel better about it after a beta checks it out. I just got to give them enough to read first lol!
