Yeah, gloves suck for Raynaud's.
I have one for felted mittens. The pattern isn't that interesting, but it knits up quickly. If you're interested, I'll try to scan it and send it your way.

You could try thrummed mittens - they're pretty, puffy, warm, and should knit up really fast.

thrummed mittens yes! it is a medieval technique, and sailors in the Elizabethan age wore thrummed caps...
