Just now, while I was changing her diaper, Seren looked me in the eye and whispered "dhadhadha" (dadada with aspirated "D"). I know that she's just trying out sounds and probably wasn't identifying me by name yet or anything, but I never could have imagined that my stomach could leap the way it did over a bit of baby babble!

Since when did Elkin Isaac become Elkin Issac? I ask because I've seen it spelled the second way about a dozen times recently but never saw it spelled that way before I graduated.

Back in 1953, Disney made one of the best animated films of all time. Unlike many of their other animated films, it stayed true to its source material and portrayed the world through the eyes of a child, even if those eyes didn't see things entirely realistically.
