Yeah, maybe. I'm still hesitant to make personal comics. I've been turned far far away by reading so many that I don't like. I have trouble relating to pointless situational repetition, especially when they are self-loathing and appear to have been created with little creativity and effort. Plus, I feel like am cheating here, because this is pretty easy. Four or so lines of dialog, and a few drawings. I don't think the level of appreciation corresponds with the amount of effort put into it. I spend months working on short stories, and the deficiencies (not the virtues) are what stand out. I spend a few hours making a comic, and everyone's like yeah sweet. At any rate, this is good practice. And I have been sketching out some longer narratives, which I think could be pretty good.
