i highly suggest that no one uses them. they're incompetent liars and a waste of my bloody time. i have to go drive half an hour to go pick up my damned package when it should have been delivered yesterday. the contents of that box are a necessity for me to finish my work. i've got deadlines, people!!!!!!!!

that's strange. they are usually the best of the lot :(

yeah...their customer service sucks. NONE of the calls I made, which i log myself: who i spoke with, what time and what was said, were in their system. WTF?? they were rude and unwilling to help.

my company doesn't work with them either and they ship/receive an enormous amount every day.

maybe they're better on the east coast. :P
