LOL I like your attitude. :)

After years of being overweight and being part of a foodie family I've had a love/hate relationship with food. I started working out last year and it really help me put things in perspective. Food is delicious and fun, but it's also fuel- too little is as bad as too much, and making good choices (with sweets in moderation) will not only satisfy your hunger but make you feel good as well. Anyway, it's hard to reprogram oneself after years of bad behaviour- so good for you and keep up the good work!

And yes, the new Who is fab! Can't wait for the premiere on Saturday *drums fingers impatiently*

I LOVE Bahama Breeze. their BahamaRita is addictive. Congrats on the weight loss. I don't even have a scale to keep track of any developments, but I think that is more of a "I don't want to know" kind of thing.
