Okay, apparently, when I said ‘contest details tomorrow’, I was just messing with y’all, seeing as my stupid body fell asleep during the scheduled lj quality time. I get no respect around these parts. XD

But now that I am sufficiently awake and not busy holding down the bed…

Oh, I have tons of trouble with pin-ups, too! takes forever to come up with a workable idea.. But practice makes perfect, eh? ...Right? *keeps hoping this will get easier one day LOL*

D'OH!..cause I forgot to ask you this earlier in the previous post...but...I have a question about the word/text balloons....did you hand draw your's directly on the artwork/lineart?...or did TP do those for you later?T_O...am REALLY debating on how I want to do the word/text balloons...I know that traditional manga you hand draw them when doing the art...but...I just want to ask you about that, cause your's almost look like you've handdrawn them since they're not perfectly elliptical XD

I do my own word balloons--some I draw right into the inks, some I draw in my toning program, ComicWorks--best toning program EVER--on a layer separate from the art. :D

Word balloons--best would really be to test-drive the dioalogue by typing it over your pencils and printing it out to see if it's too big, too small, whatever. I did that for the first chapter. And then it was just too much work XD
