so reading your journal... About submitting comics, should I send in a rough or a cleaned copy? Like inked and all that? I have the first three final pages out of ten to send off started, they are still in pencil. So do you suggest I send copies of the penciled work, or inked in work, or a mix of the two?

Definitely send in finished sequential pages! Unless you're applying for a specific position (as a penciller, or inker, or toner, etc.) If you're pitching a story, though, they need to see what you're capable of finished-product-wise. Good luck!

Sorry for my articles ...er some sort of strange　sub effect. My interest of you and your folks, not sexual or hentai or something you harassing. It's just expression of excitment for finding your gang.
I'm writing articles introducing American Comics for Japanese People several years, and I think you people, Paper calling "shojo girls" is quite new and exciting movement for American Comics. I'm so respecting your action. And I 've ordered your book:) My motivation is only cheering, and sorry again my articles strange sub effect.
