Lovely video and a good welcome back video from you! I'm so beyond happy to see an A/G video from you after seven months. And its a wonderful video at that. I liked that you just used the music and not voice overs because it really doesn't need it. The song matches the scenes wonderfully!

Thank you! Yeah, both of those are some of my favorite scenes as well. I'm a big fan of gentle, physical gestures.

You know, I actually agree re: the kissing. Even before 4x09 many of their scenes felt very forced.

When I watch pre-S4 A/G I'm split between the desire to flail as I once did and to curl up in a corner and sob over what the relationship was reduced to. Oh canon. ;_;

To be fair, that's the proper reaction to pretty much EVERYTHING THIS SHOW HAS EVER DONE, except for maybe the amount of amorous gazing that Merlin and Arthur share, because that's a department that steadily improves as everything else crumbles. But: I legit cannot be reminded of season one's existence. TOO MANY FEELINGS! TOO MUCH CRUSHING DISAPPOINTMENT! THEY WERE ALL SO YOUNG AND LOVED EACH OTHER SO MUCH!

Oh, absolutely. Although A/G was particularly crushing for me because I had spent the previous two series thinking, "At least they managed to keep Arthur/Gwen healthy and delightful and enjoyable!!! =D =D =D"

And then S4 happened. (I feel like this is where a "McKayla is not impressed" macro would come in.)

But yesssssssss. All I ever wanted was 1x10 multiplied by many, many episodes. Plus character development. ALL I WANTED.
