Yesterday in the morning i had bball practice with the varsity girls to prepare for the game that night. I had a really good practice from 10 to 11:50. Unfornatualy after 11:50, i took the ball and began to drive in and squared up and took a jump shot and i felt a HUGE pain in my right knee as it was gonna pop out and fall apart. SO yay, i got an

OMFG.. I can't believe this. I had a minor ACL tear in 8th grade from doing a fadeaway playin in a bball game. It was HELL, it hurted so bad, I couldn't even get up. It took hard work in rehab to get back to normal.. and it took like 3 months. And urs is way worse, a TORN ACL. I can't imagine the pain you have to suffer. Just think positive n work hard in rehab; however, don't overwork urself! And yeah there's some positive things if you look at the bright side, I guess. If u need a friend to talk to, I'm always just a im, email, or a text away. Holla at ya later.

But dang, minor ACL ur a lucky dude lol but im glad you had this experience before. (Although yours wasnt as bad as mine)..If i have any questions.. u knw who i will go to!;)

I never had torn ACL, so I don't know what to tell you, but... er, just be strong and don't hesistate to come crying to me when you're in a ton of pain.
