That's really deep.
I like the "maybe next year you can be a successful team." Or maybe you're just talking about the team in general. *shrug* I may be confused.

There's typos in the second, third, and the fifth paragraph.

I don't know you, but just happened upon your post. Sounds like a letter someone would write but never send...sad that you felt that way...even sadder still that you'd post it, too, and include so many specifics...so instead of learning, healing, and moving on, the hurt is spread around to hurt others. :/ I hope you feel better soon.
