I saw Bruce Almighty the other day. Good movie. Very funny with a strong moral message. It actually got me thinking about my own beliefs afterwards. I thought I had put behind me the addictive tendency to peer at people's profiles, but apparently I was mistaken. Regardless, I was taken aback by your latest journal entry (God...) I think it is the best entry of yours I have read, and I'm fairly certain I have read most of them. I am more than overjoyed to see that you are contemplating the existence of "something higher." I wish you well on your journey, as it appears you have entered a phase of discovery. If you are interested in reading a book on Christianity, C.S. Lewis wrote 'Mere Christianity' and I hear that it is absolutely astounding to anyone considering "a God". I will keep you in my prayers, and please let me know if I may be of any assistance. - Ben

Actually, Stefan, Mere Christianity is a lovely, intelligent book that's interesting to Christians, atheists, and agnostics alike. I own a copy if you'd like to look it over next year.

C.S. Lewis is both eloquant and intelligent, and approaches spirituality in this book as an atheist, as he was one for many years.
