Turns out the secret is eating less and exercising more. Who knew?

Before, I used the outside temperature as one of my easy excuses to not ride my bike, so even if I show up to work drenched in sweat with my makeup running down my cleavage, I'm still doing it. Just to be obstinate. GRR!

... it means I'm gnoshing on pretzels and chex mix instead of chips now [big difference in grams, there]; I snack on cookies that are low fat [mostly home made = replacing butter/margarine with apple sauce or yogurt works very well in - respectively - spice or chocolate chip cookies] ...
So maybe that advice will help? Otherwise - good job and don't stress over it. ^_^
