Well it has been an exciting couple of days. Thursday I get some virus that sends my temperature up over 100 deg F. Friday the doc says there is nothing I can do about it. Saturday my eyes hurt like hell and still are hurting. Today my computer went kaput (it is fixed now) and now I am in Long Beach CA. At least I did not have to wait for my ( Read more... )

Ohhh spring break!!! of to North Carolina in a few minutes.

Well life is getting better. Today went well. We will be done with the article I hope by tomorrow at 1300pst. That will mean I get to ski! It snowed today with large flakes (>3cm). Today was a interesting day for the most part. I did not get much work done. Apple released the first two macintosh computers based on intel chips. I went for a bike ride (it had been a while). Well I must say this has been a good year so far.

The new years eve party was a blast. We now have our new pump laser (Nd:YAG >1J per pulse) despite it not being installed yet. Today a wonderful thing happened in birmingham... (cue drum roll) it is snowing. Well it is not snowing much, yet snow is snow.

I found a best buy gift card today with 9¢ left on it!
