i plan to be in new orleans for halloween weekend. i have a baton rouge party friday night, then bar hopping and party saturday night in the NOLA area. and i guess i'll return home sunday night. not sure what your plans are. but if you can be out i'd love to see you.

i thought it might be the scientific name for that crazy bird-flu or a new investment plan over at TD Waterhouse or something...

but after some thought, i think it means tropical depression 24.
