Woke up at 5:45. Had a bit of a lie in, then went for a walk. Watched the sun rise over the bay with the Into the Wild soundtrack in my ears and a great blue heron for company. Went over to the beach side and walked a mile or so down to the pier, then over to Publix for breakfast. Took the trolley home with my bagel and chai. Said good morning to
