He looked away casually and smiled at the middle-aged waitress. “Hi there… Betty.
I really like the detail about Dean using the waitress’ name.
I’ll take a large coffee, black, and a large cappuccino with some of those sprinkly chocolate things on the top for my brother.”
Good detail here, too, with Dean trying hard to seem normal by poking fun at Sam’s taste in coffee drinks.
“What happened was between the two of us, Sam. I trust Bobby, but that doesn’t mean he has to know all our business.”
Very good dialogue. There are definitely some things the brothers would keep to themselves, and Dean’s smart to play that up here with Sam.
