i was looking at some resources and what i found that apsaras were never appointed.

and some apsaras are born out of rishi/king and another apsara's love making

i dont understand why they changed the policy for apsaras, i dont think any mortal on this planet can match any of the apsaras ... dont understand why they want a degradation in the HR team, are they going to change the standard of the engg team??
