Why are you in Germany?

Well done for having a crack at the language. Most people, myself included (although I rarely travel), would just try and get by with English and expect them to speak it too, which is very ignorant of us.

My father's entire side of the family is from Germany. My cousin was getting married, so we went for the wedding. :)

I try to never speak English when I travel. It helps keep me humble & learn new things.

Are you a fluent German-speaker then?

I admire you for trying the languages of wherever you happen to be.

Do you speak more than one language? (Aside from English and German).

Not fluent, no. And it's the only language I can manage outside of English. I'm roughly conversational, if you forgive me all my terrible sentence structure & poor grammar.
