I vote for community. A personal LJ can only have 2000 friends, I think. I, honestly, would prefer it if there were only a handful of people allowed to post. More like, there are people dedicated to translating and posting the j-web entries while the other members can only see and comment on it. That way, it would be ensured that the stuff published are accurate and authentic. Posts are screened. Something like taijiprojectsubs and arashi_yuuki. Membership is screened. Posts are locked. Things like that.
As for forums. I'm personally not active in any forum. So I can't really suggest a good one where you could post all these goodies. So yeah, my vote goes to community. \o/

I use both LJ & forums, so either one is okay for me. Use whichever you think is easier for you:) But it seems like more people prefer LJ community... And don't worry, it's not causing trouble at all. We all should be thankful & appreciative of your hard work!
hi! if u wanna keep your own LJ for frens and personal stuff then LJ community will be a good idea ^^ ... at the end of the day, whichever is of least convenience to u is best! ^^
Creating a community would be the best! Because translating the Jweb could get you in trouble, we certainly don't want that to happen.We'll lose wonderful translations that is so useful for us Arashi fangirls! Make a community like Taijiproject or arashi_yuuki, where only friends of the community can access it. It would be a bad thing for people to steal your translations and post them somewhere else, so better limit the access to those who you can trust. Hope this helps~ ;)
