well, its like this:
our family when we were just starting up and all that, lived in a condo right close by buena... and when we finally bought a house, we kept the condo, rented it out, and our latest tennant was a totall... jerk? and she trashed the place.... literally, the carpets burned and theirs holes all over the house, theres water damage everywhere, and basically everythings broken... so, we have to fix it up for the next tennant, and so im demolishing everything literally so that we can have people put in the new stuff...
