CHALLENGE 19 -RULES
*You may submit up to 4 icons
*You may use only the caps provided
*You MAY NOT blend and/or re-use the caps
*You MUST enter at least one black and white icon
*You may use any other effects you wish- text, textures etc (except anim of course)
*Your icons must not be posted anywhere else (including in userpics) until the challenge results are posted (and must be newly made).

**Submissions are due by Friday 11th June/ Sat 12th, at after 7:00pm Sydney, Australia time.
