We stayed at Foxwoods for a night when my mom and sister helped me move out of Mass. It cost less than the Mass hotel. But, it isn't near *anything* ... except the Pequot museum (which is cool and you can spend a day while; good for kids).

I love Baltimore. I love almost anything on the water. I don't know a lot about Hartford.
