1. Duplicate your base 3 times. Set 1st layer to Screen 100%, 2nd to Multiply 80% and 3rd to Soft Light 100%

- #DEB832 - __ - Soft Light 30%
- #82BF0C - __ - Subtract 30%
- #FFFFFF - __ - Multiply 30%
- #FFFFFF - __ - Overlay 100%
- #FFFFFF - __ - Overlay 35%
- #C4D9D9 - __ - Overlay 40%
Merge all. You can add some luminosity/contrast and saturation of course.
And voila!
