woot, i ran 3 times around lafarge. yeah, yeah, i know it isnt that far. but considering i could only go once - stopping every couple steps, i feel very accomplished. i ran around it once without stopping, then walked to the first bench and ran the rest of the way two times. i was very happy. while waiting for the light to change on my way back to
