For the first two and a half years of college, I felt like home and school were separate worlds. Going back and forth felt sometimes like changing personalities or something. Not because I was really that different, I don't think, but just because the environments felt so different

I'm with you on that. This weekend all around was that way for me. With Jason being in town, and running around in your basement. It felt like old times with a grown-up touch. I'm sad that you're not coming back, because I was very much looking forward to having you with me again, but I understand and support the reasons for going away. I hope that when we're old and gray we still get together and rock out to Queen and Celine all night long.
