I'm in need of some help.. I've gained crazy weight lately and it's horrible.. I'm to 200 pounds last time i weighed myself and it seems like I can't get it under control I don't know what im doing wrong.. I decided to go on a 2 day fast and I already caved!!!!  I just ate a couple hand fulls of ......... and i feel horrible.. I need some support ( Read more... )

Hey! Don't despair! I keep a food diary and I find it great! I suppose you have to start by looking at what you eat, so by keeping a food diary you will be able to identify your habits, good and bad. There are some foods I just won't eat under any circumstances, there's just no question anymore! So for example, I don't eat anything made with white flour, I switched to the wholemeal alternative and then after a while I barely eat any of those. It's all a question of changing your lifestyle. There's a great book that I bought on Amazon, it's called the Thin Commandments by Stephen Gullo. Also if you can get a copy of You Are What You Eat by Gillian McKeith it would be great. It's all about changing your way of thinking about food and the role it plays in your life ( ... )
