Firstly, Show, let me just say that you are amazing, and the best show on TV, and I never want you to leave the light of my laptop. That episode was absolutely excellent.
Your reintroduction of the show's creepiest villain of all time was daring (as it risked alienating new viewers), but inspired. And I was certainly doing a little dance around my dorm room (at 2 AM, no less) when I made the connection that Peter would be able to undermine Jones with his ~interuniversal knowledge~.
And ALT!BROYLES II. And NINA SHARP, whichever version she is, the conniving little witch. MY BRAIN. IT CANNOT.
And Elizabeth and Walter. Oh oh oh... you break my heart, you really do. And that little pow-wow near the end? Fantastic. Amber-Walternate wins at life.
That said, show, you should be aware that, despite the fact that my love for all you do remains strong, I'm getting a little worried about how you're going to resolve this four-universe conundrum. Blonde amber-'verse Olivia's lack of a reaction to Jones just drove home to me how incredibly different this universe is from Blue. It's like you're slowly retconning all of your past brilliance-- don't do that to yourself! Don't you remember how epic it was when Blue-Livia turned those lights off with her ~brain~? How you left us on the edge of our seats with every one of Jones' mind games? That was your awesome canon, Show! OWN IT, BABY!
Four universes are too many, especially when two pairs are almost identical, and ESPECIALLY when we apparently haven't seen our home universe all season. I can't even figure out how to refer to characters anymore! Show, I am trusting you to fix this in a way that my mere human brain has yet to realize. DON'T LET ME DOWN.
Love,
Ellen
