Today, I tattooed my mum.

My first tattoo! I'm not sure I have ever been more afraid. But, equally, as soon as it was over I just wanted to do another. This must be how it feels when someone finally gets on stage with their guitar and rocks it. Let me back out there!! I have found the thing that makes me more excited than anything.

It's a japanese bird with water, clouds and cherry blossoms, as designed by me. It takes up about half of her arm! She looks so hardcore. I'll post pics when it's healed, after four hours it looked rather angry!

I need a half sleeve finishing and I'd be wiling to let you do it if I see photos. I know that sounds weird, but I've only met twattish tattoo artist since mine moved abroad. I need a bit of a cover up, but yeah, you can have my arm!
