Proper internet I've missed you!

I've managed to scratch my cornea with my contact lens. My left eye was irritating me on Tuesday so I took out me lenses & had an early night. It was still sore, red and teary on Wednesday so I went to my G.P. who sent me to the eye clinic. They said I've scratched the cornea and not to go to work for the rest of the week
