RIUM? Bueller? Bueller?
Found a few blocks from home, usually covered by trash bins. The remaining portion is hidden by the recycling bin, the full text of the graffiti spells out "RIUMASTICO" and while I am not amused by the fact that they apparently aren't recycling, this is even funnier. It has obviously been there a while. I wonder what the story is behind it?
